Data controller

The data controller is Celvo (celvo.dev), the development studio that operates KONDIX from Colombia. For any question about your data you can write to [email protected].

What data we process

On this website (the landing page) there are no forms or accounts: we only store your cookie preference and, only if you accept it, Google Analytics 4 analytics data. In the KONDIX application we process:

• Account data: email, name and password (managed by our CelvoGuard identity system; we never see it in plain text).
• Training data: routines, programs, logged sets, repetitions and weight lifted.
• Optional body metrics: body weight, body fat percentage, measurements and progress photos. They only exist if you choose to record them.
• Coach–athlete relationship data: program assignments, comments and feedback between coach and athlete.

Purposes

We use your data to provide the service (store and display your progress, connect coaches with athletes), manage your subscription, send you transactional emails (invitations, account and payment notices), improve the product and, only with your consent, measure site usage with aggregated statistics. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data under the Colombian personal data protection regime (Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing rules), on the basis of your consent, the performance of the service contract you accept when creating your account, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the platform. We also apply principles aligned with international standards such as the European GDPR.

Third parties and processors

We share data with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

• Wompi (Bancolombia): processes subscription payments by card or Nequi. KONDIX never stores card numbers; Wompi tokenizes them.
• Google (Analytics 4): usage statistics for this site, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Resend: delivery of the service's transactional emails.
• Infrastructure: the application and its data are hosted on servers managed by Celvo at cloud providers (Oracle Cloud and Hetzner, the latter in the European Union).

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete it, we erase or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except for data we must keep due to legal obligations (for example, billing records).

Your rights

Under Law 1581 of 2012 you can access, update, rectify and delete your data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time. Much of this you can do directly from the app; for the rest, write to us at [email protected] and we will respond within the legal deadlines.
