Purpose of the service

KONDIX lets you create training routines and programs, log your sets (weight and reps) and track your progress. If you are a coach, you can also manage athletes, assign them programs and follow up on them. KONDIX is a software tool: it is not a gym or a personal training service.

Account and minimum age

To use KONDIX you need an account with accurate information, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. The minimum age to use the application is 14; to purchase a paid subscription you must be over 18 or have your legal guardian's authorization.

Plans and pricing

KONDIX offers a free plan (Solo Free, with no time limit) and paid plans for Solo users and for coaches. The current prices are those published on this site's pricing page and inside the app at the time of purchase; in case of any discrepancy, the price shown in the app at the moment of payment prevails. Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed through Wompi (Bancolombia) by card or Nequi. KONDIX does not store card numbers: Wompi tokenizes them and safeguards the payment data.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price. You can cancel at any time from the app: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, during which you keep access. We do not issue prorated refunds for periods already charged.

If a renewal charge fails, we retry the payment and apply a grace period during which your account switches to read-only mode before paid features are suspended. Your data is not deleted because of a payment failure.

Trial period

When you sign up you get a 14-day Solo Pro trial with no card required; when it ends, your account automatically moves to the free plan at no charge. Coach plans also include a 14-day trial. The trial period is granted only once per user.

Your content

The routines, programs, logs and metrics you create in KONDIX are yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display them solely to operate the service (for example, showing your progress to your coach). We do not use your content for anything else.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use KONDIX for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access other users' accounts or data, not to overload or interfere with the platform, and not to resell the service without authorization. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with prior notice where reasonable.

Health and exercise notice

KONDIX does not provide medical advice and does not replace an assessment by a health professional. Training with weights involves risks: consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting an exercise program, especially if you have any health condition. You train at your own risk, and content created by coaches within the platform is the responsibility of each coach.

Service availability

KONDIX is provided "as is" and we make reasonable efforts to keep it available and to protect your data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance and release improvements that change features.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Celvo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Colombian law grants you as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will notify you within the app or by email with reasonable notice; if you keep using KONDIX after the effective date, we will take that as acceptance of the new version.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
